At nanamica NEW YORK, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items and include the original invoice; ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our New York flagship store address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
